I think they realized that I wasn't gonna approach them. I hate the way she stared at my screen the whole time. I could see her try to read it. It's not the first time. I don't care. For thirty minutes, while I'm off the clock I can sit here and read or make a phone call or go online or go into a conference room or whatever. This is my lunch and I get to decide what to do during it. And being productive isn't part of the equation during this half hour.
Ha, tell that to the rep who just stood here and forced me to talk shop when it's obvious that I. AM. ON. LUNCH. Maybe the green soup mug isn't obvious enough.
